Can I buy just one cupcake?Yes, you can buy as few or many as you would like to. We may run out of certain flavors on occasion, but since we bake continuously
each day, don't be afraid to ask if your favorite isn’t out on display! You can call our store 512.476.3687 to save your the specific cupcake flavor.

How do I place an order?
To order cupcakes for delivery, please call 512.476.3687 or email us to schedule a pick-up date and time. You can also do so in person at our
charming little shop!

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you deliver?
Yes. Please call us at 512.476.3687 to schedule a delivery date and time. Delivery to the UT area, West Campus, or downtown is $3.00 (minimum of 6 cupcakes). Delivery around the greater Austin area is typically $1.00 per mile (from our shop, to your destination).

How do I place a custom cake, cookies,  or cupcake order?
We can take custom orders over the phone or by e-mail, although we strongly recommend that you order in person. Doing so will
minimize any potential misinterpretation or confusion on both sides, and best assure that we are prepared to cater to your individual

to schedule a one-on-one cake design consultation anytime between 12PM - 8PM Monday - Saturday.

Our kitchen is currently equipped with limited storage and work space. Therefore, we can only accomodate so many special orders at
any time. To determine an ideal size for your cake, please have a general idea of the number of guests expected to attend your event.
Also, be prepared to communicate any of your own ideas regarding the desired style, theme, and colors.

You are encouraged to bring along any supporting materials and props that might help us understand your vision. Remember, Olga is the artist, and the final product will reflect her style.

When should I place my special order?
As soon as you know the date of your event. We can only accomodate a limited number of cakes, due to the limited storage capacity of
our premises. We recommend that all custom cakes orders be placed more than 72 hours in advance. The planinng, assembly,
and decoration processes are often very time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Do you make sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free or gluten-free baked goods?  We can make gluten free, sugar-free, dairy-free or egg-free cakes with a 72 hour+ notification.

Do you cater weddings?
Yes, and we would love to bake for your special day! We can provide cupcake wedding towers, wedding cakes, or grooms cakes.
