We  also bake custom cakes made individually to fit your event. We will create one of our simple cakes just for you
and try our best to accommodate your custom orders.

How to order custom cakes?
Please give us a call at 512-476-3687 or email us at info@polkadotscupcakefactory.com with your event date to ensure availability. 
We prefer cake orders to be placed in person or over the phone to make sure get all the information we need.
Our staff at the shop is trained to take your custom cake order and answer any questions that you have.
Please have an idea of how many servings, theme, colors, and any specific design ideas you have.
We welcome ideas and suggest you to bring inspirational materials - birthday invitation, pictures, magazines, stickers, or color swatches.

How far in advace should I place the custom cakes order?
We will usually need at least a 72 hrs notification to complete your custom cakes. Weekend date is usually filled up pretty fast.
We recommend you to place your order as soon as you know your event date.

Decorations
All cakes come with your choice of our signature buttercreams - Swiss Buttercream.
This is a classic buttercream. It is made out of egg whites, sugar, butter and vanilla. No, it's not whipped cream.
It's very smooth, light and fluffy!
Classic American buttercream is available also upon request
It is denser texture, sweeter than Swiss butterecream. It is butter and powedered sugar based.
Custom decorations are priced based on complexity and size of cake, and are in addition to the base cake prices.
Edible cake figurines start at $15 and up per character (little girl, dolls, animals, and etc).
 

Payment & Ordering Etc.
We accept cash, local check, or credit card. All of our cakes are custom-made and decorated to order.
Since each item is one-of-a-kind, we price each cake order based on ingredients and the hours required for decoration.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order placement. A credit card information is required to secure your custom order.
Final payment is due on pick up / promised delivery date. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Prices do not include delivery fee.

Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation of custom orders (cakes, cookies, or cupcakes) should be notifed at least 72 hrs prior to pick up/delivery, if a cancellation is received less than 72 hrs
prior to promised pick up date or delivery, the aforementioned deposit (50% non-refundable) is forfeited.
The client is responsible for the remaining balance.
Due to time-consuming handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchange custom cakes, cupcakes, or cookies order.

The following are base pricing for cakes before adding any custom decorations.
6" Round - serves 8-10        $35
8" Round - serves 16-20     $45
10" Round - serves 25-30  $65
1/4 Sheet - serves 20-24  $50
1/2 Sheet - serves  40-50   $75
Full Sheet - serves 80-100   $130

* There is additional cost for cakes with fresh fruit
