Can I just buy one?
Yes, you can buy as few or many as you'd like. Sometimes we run out of some
of the flavors but we bake throughout the day so ask us.

How to order?
To order, please call 512-476-DOTS(3687) or email us 
at info@polkadotscupcakefactory.com to schedule a pickup.
You can also just come by to pick up 1, 2 or as many cupcakes
as you like.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you deliver?
Yes.Please call us at 512-476-3687 to schedule your delivery time.
Delivery fee in West Campus is $2, downtown is $3, anywhere else around Austin
is usually $1 per mile from our shop to your destination.

Do you make cupcakes and cookies for weddings, bridal showers and
baby showers?
Yes to all and we can customize them to fit the occasion.

Do you cater wedding cakes?
Yes, we love to bake for your big day!
We do cupcakes wedding tower, wedding cakes, or grooms cake.

Can I buy your cupcakes at any other place?
Yes, Lanai Lounge carries our cupcakes for special order.

Where are you located?
We are located at 2826 Rio Grande st, suite B. It is at the intersection of
28 1/2 street and Rio Grande Street in a little green, blue and white house.
